We’re proud to announce that Mailgun is now part of GitHub’s Student Developer Pack. Mailgun is committed to being the email service for developers, and now student developers have more free emails to use for their class projects, side hustles, or building that cat facts email newsletter they always dreamed of. After signing up through GitHub, current students will be able to send 20,000 free emails each month for 12 months.
Many Mailgunners used GitHub’s Student Developer Pack when they were in school, so we’re thrilled to give back to the developer community by contributing to the Pack.
Here are some suggestions for how to use all those emails.
We also want to highlight some other great contributors to the Pack:
Heroku: A super simple hosting solution for your class projects or side hustles.
Stripe: Process payments like a pro. All Mailgun payments are processed through Stripe.
AWS: The industry standard cloud computing service that powers many of your favorite websites and services, including Mailgun!
NameCheap: Get a free .me domain and setup a custom email address for when you start applying for internships or jobs.
Students, let us know what you use your 20,000 free emails for so we can feature you on the blog!
