La formule est la suivante\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><code>Nombre d\u2019emails non d\u00e9livr\u00e9s\/Nombre total d\u2019emails envoy\u00e9s\u00a0*\u00a0100\u00a0=\u00a0Taux de rebond<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, si une entreprise envoie 100 emails et que deux d\u2019entre eux n&rsquo;ont pas pu \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9s, le taux de rebond est de 2\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p><code>2\/100\u00a0*\u00a0100\u00a0=\u00a02\u00a0%<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Les rebonds peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories\u00a0: <a href='\/blog\/deliverability\/soft-bounces-mysteries-failures\/' target=\"_tabs\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rebonds temporaires<\/a> et <a href='\/blog\/deliverability\/soft-bounces-mysteries-failures\/' target=\"_tabs\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rebonds permanents (hard bounce)<\/a>.
